I have my mother visiting me in Oslo this weekend. Although we are in September is the weather nice and warm, and we can enjoy a good meal out on my balcony.
I have many passions! This weekend has I practiced my passion for making good food and enjoying many good meals together with my good friend and mother.
We have eaten salad with homemade tzatziki, fresh seafood from the ocean outside Norway and today have we had chorizo pasta for lunch. I just love to make food for good friends and family. These moments charing good food and good conversations in my kitchen or balcony are some of the happiest moments in my life.
I look forward to many good moments together with my friend in my kitchen this winter:-)
Here is the recipe for chorizo pasta (for 2 portions):
- 250 gram spaghetti
- 2 Chorizo sausages
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 mushrooms
- Some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Boil up the water in a casserole and have spaghetti in the casserole with some olive oil.
Cut up the chorizo, onion, garlic and mushrooms in small bites. Have everything in a frying pan together with some olive oil.
Put the spaghetti in a bowl and spice it with salt & pepper. Mix Chorizo, onion, garlic and mushroom together with the spaghetti.
Serve the meal together with beer.
